To schedule an appointment or to receive additional information about Center services, please contact the Intake Office at (703) 993-1370. If you reach the recording, please leave a message with a telephone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible. You may also contact the Center's Intake Office via E-mail at psycclin@gmu.edu. Please be aware that E-mail is not a confidential form of communication.
During the summer of 2009 the Center is not open for services. However, the intake office is open Monday through Thursday 10am to 4pm and Friday 9am until 3pm. The intake office is closed beginning Wednesday, July 1st and reopening Monday, August 3rd, 2009.
The Cognitive Assessment Program office is open throughout the summer and may be reached by calling (703) 993-4200.
The Center does not accept third party payment nor do providers complete pre-authroization paperwork for insurance reimbursement. You will receive an itemized receipt for services that you may submit for insurance or other healthcare reimbursement. All fees are due at the time service is offered. Please be aware that the University Policy Number 2107 states that money owed to the University by the general public who uses its services and facilities constitutes a legal obligation to the University and the Commonwealth of Virginia and therefore may not be forgiven.
There is a waiting list for most psychological assessment and consultation services.
