Community Comes Together at GMU CPS' 2nd Annual Fundraiser

With over 100 people attending the GMU Center for Psychological Services 2nd Annual Fundraiser, it was an evening to remember!  Over $15,000 was raised to support critical services for low income clients as well as to work toward enhancing the capacity of the Center to serve more clients in our community, and pledges and gifts are still coming in!

The Center is grateful to all of its sponsors, in particular, Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro, who was incredibly gracious and generous, and Ablevets, an IT company in Reston dedicated to helping veterans.  All the “fund a need” donors were incredibly generous, as were the auction partners.

A huge thank you to the special speakers for the evening, John Newby, Dylan Crosby and Peggy Fox, who shared with us their personal and professional stories, and highlighted how much need there is to help our veterans and their families, in particular.

A shout out to the Center's community partners, clinical psychology alumni, faculty and current graduate students as well as friends of the Center.  We could not do what we do without all of you!
