Fees are due at the time services are rendered. The Center does not send invoices and we are not able to bill insurance. We ask that clients initiate payment in full before their first testing session and/or before each therapy session.
The Center strongly encourages payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). If you are unable to pay online with a credit card, please contact us to arrange payment by check. There will be a fee of $50 for all returned checks.
Our payment system does not accept FSA or HSA cards of any kind; even those affiliated with Visa or Mastercard. Please request a receipt to submit for reimbursement to your FSA or HSA program.
We are not able to accept payments in cash for any of our services.
We do not work directly with any insurance companies. We can provide you with a receipts for our services that you can submit to your insurance company. However, we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.
No Refunds of comprehensive testing fees will be issued unless a client terminates services prior to attending their first scheduled session.
