Pay Online

Fees are due at the time services are rendered. CCMH does not send invoices and we are not able to bill insurance. We ask that clients initiate payment in full before their first testing session and/or before each therapy session.

Please refer to the welcome email sent to you when you were matched with a provider to confirm the amount of your fee and client ID#, before making a payment. If you have questions about a balance owed or other financial issues, please contact your therapist or the intake office at 703 993-1370/ccmh@gmu.edu.

The Center strongly encourages payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). If you are unable to pay online with a credit card, please contact us to arrange payment by check. There will be a fee of $50 for all returned checks.

Our payment system does not accept FSA or HSA cards of any kind; even those affiliated with Visa or Mastercard. Please request a receipt to submit for reimbursement to your FSA or HSA program. 

We are not able to accept payments in cash for any of our services. 

We do not work directly with any insurance companies. We can provide you with a receipt for our services that you can submit to your insurance company. However, we cannot guarantee you will be reimbursed.

  • In particular, we believe it is unlikely that you will be reimbursed for our testing services.

No Refunds of comprehensive testing fees will be issued unless a client terminates services prior to attending their first scheduled session.
