Adult Individual Therapy

One-on-one weekly therapy for clients 18 and older will help treat mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety, and improve quality of life. Following the initial evaluation, your clinician will suggest a treatment plan, based on the best available research, to help you meet your goals. 

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Therapy is aimed at helping children and their parents resolve conflicts, improve school performance, reduce depression and anxiety, and build better friendships. Parent Training

Counseling is available for parents looking to learn valuable parenting and communication skills for use with their children.
